Seniors have many options when it comes to senior living and memory care communities in the Las Vegas area, but Legacy House of Centennial Hills and newly opened Legacy House of Southern Hills know their residents enjoy upscale living with no attention to detail spared.

Legacy House of Centennial Hills and its second property, Legacy House of Southern Hills, start by being conveniently located. With wonderful vistas of Spring Mountain, the two communities with welcoming exteriors are close to local hospitals and most doctors’ offices. With easily arranged transportation, residents can effortlessly get to their doctors’ appointments on time.

The two communities are also close to many dining options. Though the two facilities feature top-shelf in-house restaurant-style dining, when residents have a hankering for something not on the menu, Centennial and Southern Hills are convenient to dozens and dozens of restaurants. From casual to dressed-up, there is something for every taste in Las Vegas, and they are near to the Centennial and Southern Hills communities.

If shopping is one of your favorite leisure activities, Las Vegas has a store for every retail taste, and they’re just a hop, skip, and jump from the Legacy House communities.

But being close to everything isn’t what makes the two properties special. Residents regularly boast to their friends and family members about Centennial and Southern Hills daily activities rosters.

They feature such fun as playing Bingo, enjoying a comfortable happy hour, getting your sing on with karaoke, live entertainment, parties and much more based on resident feedback. And then there are the contemporary and stylishly decorated living units.

Residents are delighted with the latest in conveniences including plentiful granite counter tops, full-size refrigerators, state-of-the-art microwaves, and spacious 10-foot ceilings. These touches ensure a modern home-like setting is within every resident’s reach.

“We believe choices are important, so we strive to make sure residents have plenty of them,” said Kellie Ricci, marketing director for Legacy House of Southern Hills. “Our residential centers give people the option of choosing whatever quality services they need for daily living. They select and pay for only what works for them.”

Daily living services include help with dressing, bathing, grooming, or medications management.

“We know, for instance, that all of us have stared at a prescription bottle and asked ourselves whether we’ve taken the day’s dose,” Ricci said. “We can take the guesswork out of tasks like these, but only if residents want and ask for it.”

Legacy House of Centennial Hills and Legacy House of Southern Hills are offering virtual tours of either or both facilities as they adhere to Covid-19 safety guidelines.

To arrange a tour, please call Centennial Hills at 702-978-5000 or Southern Hills at 702-242-1990. Centennial Hills is located at 6310 N. Durango Drive, Las Vegas. Southern Hills is at 9750 W. Sunset Road, Las Vegas.
