TNT Pawn builds relationships with customers and community

Whether looking for treasures or trading in to upgrade, TNT Pawn has amassed a loyal following that depends on the experienced staff for friendly service, expert advice and fair pricing.

“We know our customer’s by name, we know their families, their struggles, birthdays and milestones they face,” said Shandry Lozano, Director of Operations. “We are more than pawnbrokers. We become our customer’s friends.”

TNT Pawn has become one of the best in Las Vegas by building relationships with its customers and the community.

“We pride ourselves on being honest, fair, and we treat everyone who walks through the door with the upmost respect and integrity,” she said. “Our pawnbrokers take the time to explain our programs and explain our products so customers can trust us. We are also one of the only pawn stores that utilizes a mobile app for easy of shopping and making loan payments.”

Combined, the staff at the family-owned and operated pawn shop has more than 100 years of experience in the pawn industry.

“We know our stuff and we know our customer’s products,” Lozano said. “We are really about instilling our connection with our customers and the community in Las Vegas and Phoenix.”

Locals love TNT Pawn’s generous Trade Up Policy on jewelry pieces. Customers have one year to trade a jewelry item that was purchased at TNT Pawn. If you buy a sparkling ring for $500 and later see a better bling ring at $800 TNT Pawn will trade the original ring back in within a year and pay the difference of $300.

Each TNT Pawn store is connected via its Mobile Pawn App, which gives customers access the massive inventory. They also ship products anywhere in the United States.

“With the mobile app, our customers can text us questions, images of an item they would like to pawn and make payments wherever they may be,” Lozano said. “We can ship anywhere in the United States.”

The Las Vegas store on Sahara Avenue specializes in high-end and luxury items.

“We have Rolex watches, Louis Vuitton purses; merchandise that ranges from hundreds of dollars to hundreds of thousand-dollar jewelry pieces,” she said. “With carrying luxury items, we are also able to validate and authenticate the product, so you know the product is legit.”

TNT Pawn is one of the few shops that offers consignment on jewelry and one of the largest used firearm dealers in all of Vegas. The pawn shop is neat, well organized, clean and safe with a wide selection of electronics, jewelry and firearms. They also receive unusual items from the rich and famous.

“We had a very famous jazz/blues singer’s guitar, which was signed and verified that he had indeed played the guitar during his shows,” she said. “We also carried a fully custom 2011 Harley Davidson Street Rider Low Rider.”

They are also highly involved with the community. TNT Pawn has engaged in many community outreach programs, including Make-A-Wish, Habitat for Humanity, and Goodie Two Shoes, to support local families and children across the Las Vegas Valley.

“We love our customers and our community that has done so much for us,” Lozano said. “We’ve all been through a lot this year and giving back is a big part of who we are as a company.”
